Infill transforms
Bramall Close, which pairs with Idmiston Road, is built. It provides 15 new homes for affordable rent on an open parking area adjoining existing local authority housing blocks and transforms the leftover space into an active street frontage with clear definition of public and private space.
8 homes on garage site
Idmiston Road is now complete. It provides eight homes for affordable rent, replacing 22 disused garages and links up via a pedestrian route through the site to another of our recently completed infill developments for Newham Council, Bramall Close.
New homes for Newham
Malmesbury Terrace (Jack Leslie Point) provides 15 new homes for affordable rent on a former parking lot close to Canning Town tube station. The homes were commissioned by Newham Council as part of their Small Sites development programme.
Low-energy homes built
Our Landseer Avenue development with Newham Council replaces several disused garages with four new residential blocks and 11 new family homes including five wheelchair houses. The homes are designed to Passivhaus standards.
Newham infill complete
Our development at David Street replaces 36 disused garages with 12 family homes including four wheelchair houses, all orientated to the street, with roof terraces and a sloped roof to the rear to minimise impacts on neighbours. The terrace brings life to what was a service road.
Residents move in
Residents have moved in to the 12 flats and six family homes at our now completed infill development at
Watts Close. This is one of a number of sites we’re working on with Haringey Council to provide affordable housing to the many in desperate need of it.
