Idmiston Road is now complete. It provides eight homes for affordable rent, replacing 22 disused garages and links up via a pedestrian route through the site to another of our recently completed infill developments for Newham Council, Bramall Close.

Malmesbury Terrace (Jack Leslie Point) provides 15 new homes for affordable rent on a former parking lot close to Canning Town tube station. The homes were commissioned by Newham Council as part of their Small Sites development programme.
