This competition project proposes a prefabricated housing model as a way to increase the efficiency and quality of housing provision.

The design adopts a single volumetric module and yet offers flexibility and variety.

The single module allows the configuration of multiple modules to generate different unit types ranging from single family houses to blocks of flats.

YouCube includes a choice of factory-made components such as cladding, windows, doors, porches, balustrades, stairwells, kitchens and bathrooms to create interest and so that each building can be customised to a particular site and client.
