Landseer Avenue

The Landseer Avenue project involves the redevelopment of four separate small sites, which are in close proximity to one another, to provide 11 homes. The scheme is part of Wave 1 Newham Small Sites development programme.

The proposed buildings on the neighbouring sites are designed to form a coherent scheme. This is achieved through shared architectural expression: built form, use of materials and detailing, but equally through the treatment of the external areas including the existing footpath and spaces between buildings.
