City Living
The design for an innovative compact flat for urban locations offers an addition to models of affordable housing. What makes this design special is that despite a narrow frontage, which is key to optimising development potential, it has a separate living room and bedroom, each with its own windows for natural light and ventilation. The scheme proposes a family of unit types, all based on the same base module, designed in such a way that they can be configured to suit different site conditions.
