This project, developed up to planning stage, proposes an additional floor on an existing 1970s block of flats and two new mews houses on the grounds.

The design respects Rights of Lights of the neighbouring properties, which limit the roof extension to one level and involves basement or semi basement floors in the case of the mews houses that are located on opposite sides of the site taking advantage of the sloping topography.
