A PRP Architects Project
Design and delivery led by Newground Directors while employed at PRP

Won through an invited competition, work on Rubicon Court covered all stages from initial concept to design development, construction information and delivery on site.

The mixed-tenure block of 117 flats was the first completed residential building on the King’s Cross regeneration site and takes its place as part of the exciting urban landscape emerging at King’s Cross.

The building uses a simple and robust palette of materials and details and cluster typologies to simplify circulation and maximise frontage.

With practical layouts, great aspect and access to a range of private and shared amenity spaces, the building sets new standards for affordable urban living in London.
